Description

The 4 in 1 Mini X Hex Bit Driver - Requires (2) Magnets

WARNING! Tight tolerances are needed for a good fit! It can easily be too tight or too loose if your printer is not dialed in!

A tight fit is a must as you can loosen it up with your longer hex bits. Use a long hex bit when first putting bits in to “stretch” the cavities and make it easier to get your bits out in the beggining. Using a small/short bit first, could lead to it getting stuck and super hard to get it out. Test all cavities before putting in the shorter bits!

You can print just the smaller piece (Top/Lid) to check the fit with your hex bits. If you have calibrated your printers XY compensation, and have other settings giving you good accuracy, you should get a nice tight fit that will feel almost too tight.

This 4 in 1 mini hex driver uses (2) 10x2mm neodymium magnets for keeping the lid and driver together.

I can upload versions sized for different magnets, if requested.

The magnets in each side lets it snap together, and the bits in the lid help keep it aligned and very solid feeling. The X shape allows you to get a really good grip and it is small enough for pockets, tackle box, or anywhere else you may want to put one. They are great for putting random bits in that many of us have lying around.

Fits the standard ¼" Hex Bits (6.35mm) - I've used Bosch and Dewalt, and Generic bits in these.

If you see anything I've missed, or have suggestions for me or the model, please let me know! If you like this, please give it a thumbs up so others will see it… or even Boost it! ;0 Thanks!
