3D model description
The 3D printed apartment design model showcases a modern and stylish layout with two spacious bedrooms. The living area is open and inviting, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement and a sleek kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The bedrooms are well-appointed with ample storage space and cozy decor, providing a relaxing retreat for residents. Overall, this concept design offers a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal for a comfortable living experience.
This model is painted using spray paints, acrylic paints and acrylic markers. Super glue and UHU is used to glue items.
The floor and kitchen marble texture are given by printing a colored print on glossy paper and cut it according to the size and glue it on the surfaces and floor.
The model also contains stencils bedroom borders, which is used to cut paper printed floors accordingly.
The model is made in Solidworks. The source files are given in .RAR named (source filers.rar)
3D printing settings
The whole house is 294mm x 260mm in size and mass is upto 403 grams. Due to the print size limitation of which is normally 220mm x 220mm, rooms will be printed in different parts. The model above is printed in PLA. Ultimaker Cura is used for slicing 3D models. You can manually set .STL files or directly use .3DM to print the model. .STL are single object files and .3DM are stacked according to the printing condition Settings of the slicer recommended for this print:
Layer height for large objects: 0.2mm
Layer height for small objects: 0.12mm (its upto you)
Nozzle size: 0.4mm
Wall Thickness: 0.8mm
Top/Bottom Thickness: 0.8mm
Infill: Grid 10% Density

House base model model(rooms) has 4 parts.
Part 1: Living Room + Kitchen, Utility room, Shoes room, Bathroom 1
Part 2: Bedroom 1 + Change room
Part 3: Bedroom 2, Bathroom 2 + Change Room
Part 4: Balcony The rooms wall contain joint to attach to other rooms (attach tolerance 0.1). Doors are only the movable parts which can be mechanical but due to their weak hinges irt may break, so glue them directly (optional). Tools required for the manufacturing:

Most of the objects like doors, tables, require spray paint and some objects can be easily painted with acrylic paint. The textures are also given which will be color printed and you can cut them according the floor size and glue it on the surface. The marble textures can be printed on glossy paper to make it shiny. The texture file is in A4 size and 300 dpi. Before printing set paper size to A4 to get accurate measurement. There are 3 texture files

H1 Textures.png (Include textures of small things like cupboard in unwrapped form)
maps.png (Inlcudes 3 types of wood textures for manual wrapping)
You can spray paint the small items like doors, cupboards, chair etc. For some details you need acrylic markers or paints. The stencils are given to cut the floor are named and [Room name] Border.STL. Other maps include wood textures to paste on object's surface.
