Needed something to hold the dogs food bowl in her kennel to stop her from accidentally tipping it over. It's held to the kennel with 3 cable ties. The inner diameter of the hoop is 120 mm. 

I've also uploaded the fusion 3d file if anyone wants to modify it for their uses.
