Description

I have a commonly available 18650/AAAx3 flashlight. This flashlight is known under multiple names and available in Amazon and other sites for a low cost. I have designed a vertical mount to stow the flashlight out of the way when not in use, but still easily accesible.

The mount arms need to flex a small amount to provide grip on the flashlight, preventing the flashlight from falling out. Most plain PLA filaments have little flex and could crack at the arms. Perhaps amonst others, Bambu Lab PLA Tough and eSUN PLA flex enough to work, here. I expect PETG to also work well, too.

My print is made in Bambu Lab PLA Tough Gray filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. Print supports are not required. A brim is optional.

I hope that you can find this print useful, too.

Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.
