为了解决在有底沙的鱼缸里喂下沉鱼粮的困扰,设计一款简易的辅助喂食器。
大致分为管体(Part B)/ 喂食嘴(Part A)/适配不同缸壁玻璃厚度的变径(Adapter)。
管体内径5mm,我平时喂高够力的育成饲料,直径2mm左右的长圆柱体,不会卡住。如果需要更宽的内径可以自行修改。
管体长度我预设了10/15/20cm的长度,如果需要修改可以在solidworks里修改全局变量。
Part B原生可以卡在7mm厚的玻璃上,为适配不同缸壁玻璃厚度,Adapter也预设了7-6/7-5/7-4mm的卡口。
如果需要修改可以在solidworks里修改全局变量。其实用胶条粘一下,硬纸壳垫一下就行了。
To solve the issue of feeding sinking pellet fish food in a fish tank with substrate, this little tool is designed.
It includ three main parts: Part A Part B , and adapters for different thicknesses of fishtank walls.
The lengths of the tube (Part B) are pre-set to 10/15/20cm,but it can be adjusted by using Formula Functions in SolidWorks.
Part B is designed to attach to glass about 7mm thick. Adapters with 7to6/7to5/7to4mm clips are provided.It can be adjusted by using Formula Functions in SolidWorks.( Just use tape or cardboard will work perfectly)
全局变量如图:L为管长,thickness为缸壁厚度。
Global variables are as follows: ‘L’ for tube length, ‘thickness’ for tank wall thickness.
我使用TPU 95A打印Part A,来保护我五块钱的兰寿。但所有边角都圆角处理了,理论上PETG也不会伤害到鱼鱼。
Part B 和 变径都可以使用PETG.
I use TPU 95A to print Part A to protect my precious $1 Ranchu goldfish.
But all edges and corners are rounded, PETG shouldn't harm the fish either.
Part B and adapters can be printed using PETG.
