For the cover especially, PLA or similarly stiff filaments will perform better than PETG & the like.
For best results, most of all if your print bed is not perfectly clean, a wide & strong brim and high plate temp are greatly beneficial; both have been supplied in the attached print profile. This is most crucial for the cover, as it is quite a tall print with a very small base.
On both parts can be found small salient/isthmus-like features—1- or 2-perimeter bridges—at the end of the bottom rails on the paper, and bridging the gap near the top of the cover. These are supplied to ensure print quality, and should be clipped off after printing.
All these considerations are mostly moot if you are a member of the clean plate club &/or do not have issues with adhesion.
Happy printing!
