AMS Lite - Wall Mount System

Sistema diseñado para montar el AMS Lite en la pared de una forma fácil y práctica. Las dos alas que van montadas en el AMS encajan perfectamente en las guías del soporte de pared.

Para añadir un plus más de seguridad en el montaje he añadido un tornillo en cada lateral de las alas para fijar el conjunto al soporte una vez ensamblado.

Soporta perfectamente el peso del AMS con 4 bobinas llenas.

Para su montaje es necesario:

-Tuerca hexagonal M3 -→ x2

-Tornillo allen M3x15 o superior -→ x2

-Tornillo de pared 5x50 y sus respectivos tacos -→ x2

-Tornillería de sujeción del AMS Lite al soporte (viene con el AMS)

Great design. The AMS the way it should be. I’m saving a ton of desk space. No need to lengthen my AMS cable as mentioned in another post. I really like being able to easily read the spool numbers. Well done. One printed and in use, and one more to go.

The print turned out great! Glad I found this design as I did not want to mount the AMS system on top, and print all the extra supports. Will update photos when it is mounted! Used Overture Black PLA. Thank you.

Perfect print! I used Sport mode and it completed in 6 hours and 40 minutes. I did use a single color though, so it didn’t have to swap filaments. Either way, great profile.

Anyone know if this will work with the spool enclosure by Supergrapher? not sure if there’s enough clearance between the spool and wall.

What is the size for the Supergrapher?

Looks like it’s 236mm at its widest but they are angled so it’ll be a little smaller than that from front to back when mounted.

I made a version that’s .75” deeper. I don’t have the enclosure yet to test it but if it works I can post a remix if you’re okay with it. I’m probably not the only one that wants an enclosure-compatible mounting solution

i get a little probelm when i try to install the ams lite upside down ,When I tried to slide the AMS Lite into the wall bracket, the cable stopped me. I planned to install the AMS Lite on the upper left side of the printer, but because the AMS bus cable is short, I had to install it upside down. In the end, I had to cut the AMS Lite cable and extend it manually. I think it would be helpful if cut a slot in the middle of the wall bracket.

Yes, the design is designed to mount only in one position. I also had to extend the cable, you can find it on Aliexpress. Thanks for the comment ✌🏻✌🏻
