Super excited to finally release the first 2 models in my new “Pet Planters” project. These ones are PUPPY PLANTERS.
Featuring the adorable Corgi and my personal favorite, (don't tell my lab), the Bulldog!
I have included a small and large version of both. They can be fully printed WITHOUT using the AMS system. The bulldog nose would have to be a single color in that case. They do have drain holes at the bottom. PLA should work great for indoor use. Outdoor use you may want to print with something a bit more heat resistant.
Assembly is pretty straightforward. It's essentially like putting a puzzle together. My 12 year old was able to figure out where each piece should go in less than a minute but I've gone ahead and included more detailed instructions below.
You will need glue or your favorite adhesive. The videos below show the order in which the pieces should be put together.
For both, I recommend gluing the tail to the back legs and then gluing the back legs to the body, then gluing the front legs to the body. Then I glue all of the head pieces together and then glue the completed head to the front of the body.
For the Bulldog, the nose holds the 2 pieces below it in place. So you may want to glue those together first and then attach them to the head.
