Fantasy Ballerina

This fantasy character is one unusual ballerina. She has a special ballet tutu, which is made of very powerful condensators. When she starts her dance the condensators go horisontal and produce large electro magnetical field. The ballerina flies away. When she arrives at the new destination, the condensators are at full charge from the flight, so she can teleport again.
