SummaryThis is a 1:1 scale replica of one of the turbine blades that powered the fuel and oxidizer pumps for the V-2 rocket. The rocket had a hydrogen peroxide reactor/rocket engine, which then directed the hot gases onto 172 of these blades, and turned a shaft that drove the main pumps. I would love to see if anyone could make this on an FDM printer. You will probably want to scale it up to get all of the detail as they are about 1 inch tall. If you want ultra-realism, make it out of 6063 Aluminum, Upload the .SLDPRT to Firstcut, it will be a little over $100 for one and $70 if you order a bunch.
