3D model description

I've created a Masterspool adapter

Masterspool standard 51mm inner spacer and adapter for 67mm inner models

My adapter and compliant for alu 2020, 2030, ect...brackets of your 3D printing machines and all tube brackets with outer diameter of diameter 20 mm

This adapter is fitted with a lever for easy installation

because it has an M 20 x 1.5 screw thread

I also supply a 66 mm diameter Masterspool adapter

Which you can slide onto the standard Masterspool adapter I created!

Please note that the lever is not designed to force the adapter into place, it's just designed to save time!

I also supply a 20 mm diameter by 100 mm long support tube for those who might have broken the original one, I've reinforced it and created an 8 mm diameter for those who have the other 8 mm bar support!

I've created a standard nut to go with the 20 mm diameter tube!

It can only be attached to the top of your printer!

If you ever want a side support I can create it for you on request!

3D printing settings

PLA printing

-I recommend a print setting with 100% filling for the spacer lever and the support tube (20mm diameter V6 support),

For the nuts and the support for the main tube, printing at 100% would be the most serious option for placing 2kg coils.

For the compensating and masterspool rings, you can print between 20% and 40% fill, and 4 lines on the outside walls = a 0.8mm

It's already been two years since I tested it with a 2 kg spool, and I've had no trouble printing at 100% fill!
