3D model description

Another 18650 Charger Station

Summary :

Another 4-bay 18650 battery charger station.
Inspired by this great thing by memesis... with some modifications.

Modifications :

Rather than taking them apart, the 18650 battery-holders are left as they are and are incorporated/glued into the charger
Merged the 3 panels : button-, voltmeter- and switch-panels and power-inlet into 1 panel.
Smaller on/off switch
(resulting in a reduced height of the station).
Inner frame and cover can be assembled (glued) and then all wiring and soldering can easily be carried out
from below. Afterwards the outer shell covers the wiring.
Wiring scheme : see the original design here
Thinner walls to reduce filament use (by about 15% - 600 cm.). Reduced printing time.
All 3 parts print without supports

LED Lighted Rocker Switch, DC 12V 20A On/OFF (switch)
