Description:
A porcelain dog, white with black spots and wearing a red collar with a bell [?]. His tail is curled behind him and he looks upward. Similar to MG 117 B but not made in the same period. Puppies are associated with good luck and protection from evil. They are usually given to newborn baby boys to keep them safe from harm. Arita province.
