3D model description

You need to borrow the workings from another water pistol. I bought some cheap water pistols on Amazon, the make was Schramm 17cm, EAN CODE: 4260414762789. Technically you need to use the internals of two, but this is due to the plastic pipe not being long enough. This can be solved quite easily if you have some 3mm plastic pipe to hand (most people dont!). Im usre most cheap pistols use the same internals.

Printed on an Ender 3 in PLA, 200*C nozzle and 55*C printer bed.
Sliced in Cura, standard settings, unable to utilise a skirt/brim due to it only fitting the bed just. I utilised the experimental "tree" supports - these work fantastically. Ensure nozzle hight and bed adheision is at its best to prevent warp or the part coming loose.
Print time 10hrs a side. and 55mins for the trigger and internal parts.

Internal parts include;
6x dowel couplers
1x extender for pump
1x joiner for the 3mm water pipe

You will need to chop the end of the water pistols trigger off, and glue the new trigger on the trigger post.
Measure, cut and join the water pipe to meet the barrel end.
superglue/epoxy the water pump in place.
Insert standard 5mm plug into Left body (where you fill with water).
place joiners over the dowels (glue if fit is too loose - mine was fine and accomodated some droop of the dowels that occured during printing).
Fix both sides together utilising epoxy and clamps.
