Butterfly knife (balisong) with a pen instead of a blade.

Composed of 6 parts, all printable without support :

  • mechanical pencil, to hold the pen

  • 4 half-handles, these hold clipped but can also be glued.

  • a latch designed to be held with a piece of filament, don't hesitate to melt the end of the filament to inflate its end and prevent it from escaping.

No screws are required for assembly.

Just be sure to cut a BICยฎ Cristal pen.

To cut this pen, I took a grinder and deburred the inside with a 5.5-diameter drill bit. Don't be too brusque at this stage, or you risk splitting the pen.
