3D model description

This model corresponds to the plastic part of the Brushes used by the Eufy Model RoboVac 25C smart vacuum cleaner.

It is common for these vacuum cleaners to lose their brushes in unknown locations, as the method of attachment to the machine is by pressure. These brushes are not sold as spare parts from the aforementioned brand, and without brushes the machine is useless.

The model includes only the plastic part from where the "hairs" come out, which are the ones that finally clean. To include these "hairs" it is suggested to trim a few hairs from a plastic broom.

3D printing settings

To print this part, it is suggested to do with PLA or ABS material.

Because the size of the part is minimal, it is suggested to use high quality (0.12mm) with a 0.4mm extruder.

To make this print, tree type supports were used, and an adherence to the Printing bed by means of Balsa. An additional margin of 5mm is sufficient.

The infill can be 10% with zigzag pattern.

During the design process were considered the dilatations of PLA and ABS material so if printed on other material, could change these parameters.
