3D model description

Designed a pair of Aglet crimps for replacing or for your business attaching standard hoodie cord ends or boot lace ends.

Design based on professional Aglet crimps which are hard to find and quite expensive. As you can see in the photos and video this works superbly.

Designed to be attached to cheap quick grips.

I first designed these as my new hoodie one of the Aglet came off in the wash, so ordered a box of replacement but had no way of crimping, I tried mole grips at first but it just squashed it flat and uneven. And the right tool on Amazon was £79 😫

Enjoy!

3D printing settings

Best printed at 0.15 or lower layer height for a smooth surfaces.
PLA is fine, that’s what I used the triangle shape makes it strong and will not break with high pressure. Print as it is, no supports.
