These trays offer a modular and compact method to store your dropper bottles. Despite being compact, they offer great color overview.
Included in this is (945 STL Files ):
Stackable trays size 1 to 15 (Holding from 1-45 bottles.
These trays have the second generation snap fit - similar to the display trays. This holds the paints securely in place, while still making it easy to both see and eject the paints. If you want the trays to be mounted on a wall or similar, please have a look at the display trays in stead.
These trays have been reworked to be able to print on its end making it possible to print much larger trays. The files are prearanged in the correct way (Vertically and diagonally - 45deg). A Bambu lab X1C can print triple size 12 trays = 36 paints. - without the rework, the max size was double size 9 = 18 paints. This update almost double the size possible to print. However, even if you have a smaler or larger printer, files are avalible to match your printer.
The trays shown in the pictures are triple size 12, giving 36 paints per tray. Using the 3 trays in the images, I can store 108 paint bottles securely! The 3 trays uses approximately 1kG filament. This is slightly more than version 1, but the benefits are clear. With the more organic trays, you get a more deluxe experience.

Selecting tollerance
As these trays does rely on a "snap fit", several different tollerance versions are provided.
Initially, print a "single size 1" using the "standard" file with a tollerance modifier of "0".
Test the fit on several bottles. If the fit is too tight, test with a version having a higher tollerance modifier. If the fit is too loose, test with a version having a lower(negative) tollerance modifier. Once you have found your tollerance modifier, you can use the same for any size tray.
Compability and utility trays
These trays are fully compatible with the other trays in the same range. Both "display trays", "Citadel trays" and "utility trays".
Despite the images here show usage of these trays, they ARE NOT included in this object.

3D printing is useful!! I just wanted to share this picture of my work desk from yesterday. I was just about to begin my Painting session and saw a lot of cool and very useful 3D printed objects on my table. - I did not add extra items, but removed some personal stuff. On this picture you see the following 3D printed tools: Paint trays Wet palette, Water pot Paint well Dry palette Paint handle Card trays, Token box Deck box Utility boxes. I thought that was pretty cool :-)
