3D model description

This part reduces the threads on a newer Moen kitchen faucet so you can add faucet-attached water filter such as Pur. None of the adapters that came in my Pur faucet water filter would fit because the threaded part of the faucet is too large. Pur customer support even sent me some supposedly bigger ones, but those weren't large enough either.

For the Pur filter, the "reduced" threads will accommodate the included adapter "A".

I designed this thread reducer in Tinkercad. Printed with PETG filament and seems to work well. Be sure to put those rubber washers in so you don't get leaks.

My particular faucet is:

MOEN
Noell Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer in Spot Resist Stainless
Model # 87506SRS
