Maximals Axalon Crew Seat from Transformers Beast Wars 3D print model

Let's continue with a couple of interior display items from the Maximals' Axalon HQ then, shall we?

Here's the crew seat we see the motley crew use from time to time in the Axalon as they monitor the Predacons' activities on the planet, or when fending off yet another futile attack.

Here's how it looks with a couple of CyberBase System (available here - https://www.patreon.com/posts/33140482) pieces as a backdrop:

The upper assembly attaches to the base using a 5mm peg, which allows it to swivel fully as we saw in the show too

While the Maximals do come in all shapes and sizes, this crew seat has been sized to allow most of them to fit somewhat well in them.

A couple of 5mm ports on either side of the base allows for storage of weapons and accessories too.

Attached also is a photos to show how the pieces are to be assembled. Note that the twin handles mid section also help to reinforce the seat itself, as they can be super-glued to the sides of the seat. As an option, the handles can either be centered horizontally or pushed more forwards along the seat, so that your bots can better rest their arms on it.

For the swivel action, using a standard 5mm plastic peg cut down to size will allow a strong rotation point. If you prefer to 3d print the version provided in the set, do take note to print it horizontally with it flat on your print bed for best sideways strength to avoid it snapping in the seat when in use.
