3D model description

Unicorn/Horse articulated toy Ramses

Meet our new flexi pet toy - Ramses the Unicorn or just Horse thanks to a new system of head replacement. We have finally adapted our replacement head system for the toys (we use it for our BJD and MJD pet dolls in the main project - Walloya Morring).

Now the head moves easily around the neck and it's possible to change one head to another, for Ramses there are 4 heads in the set - Unicorn with cute eyes, Unicorn with crazy eyes, Horse with cute eyes and Horse with crazy eyes.

Now we're working to implement this system in the most popular toys such as Frank the French bulldog, Richard the chihuahua, Barney the pug, cats and Cerberus. Some of them are already available on our Patreon

The system consists of a neck joint, a pin and socket in the toy head. The problem was that we used PLA filament by Creality CR and Ender series and petals of the neck joint and pin broke when we tried to put the pin in the neck. But then we tried PET-G filament by Devil Design and everything worked! And as our Patrons said they used Nebula PLA and some PLA filaments from other companies and it worked as well. So there are recommendations for printing in the section below.

The zip file consists of 6 STL files:
Ramses_Body.stl - the toy body
Ramses_Pin.stl - the pin
Ramses_Unicorn_Head_Cute.stl
Ramses_Unicorn_Head_Crazy.stl
Ramses_Horse_Head_Cute.stl
Ramses_Horse_Head_Crazy.stl

The files are only for private use, you can find commercial license on our Patreon

Print-in-place

You can print the body and the heads together at any scale you like, no support requires.

We recommend to print the pin separately and use brim for better adhesion, scale the pin a bit more than the body and the head in case if the pin works too easily. For example if you scale body at 150%, so scale the pin at 154%.

Use PETG filaments or any durable filaments (our tests with PLA by Creality CR and Ender series were failed)
We printed the unicorn at 100% and everything worked well.

If you have any questions feel free ask us, we're always ready to help!
And please post your makes or pics on socials - we'd love to see your results!
