Giraffe Baby Picture Frame Snap On Back

This adorable giraffe is a two-piece picture frame that easily snaps together on a 5-point peg system. Print the back, with pegs. Print the front, with peg holes. Insert your favorite picture and snap it together!

Sanding should not be necessary to make the pegs fit, depending on your printer's quality and settings. The pegs are designed to fit just tight enough to hold, but not so tight that you can't open it back up to change photos (similar to legos).

At its original size of 6.2"x7.5" (15.8 x 19.2cm), the picture frame is designed to hold a 3.5"x2.0" photograph; the same size as a business card.

Note that the Giraffe Front is built in progressive layers to make for easy color changing on most printers. Use the Filament Change or Pause at Height features in Cura or you're preferred slicer.

Color Changing with Cura's Pause at Height
At these recommended setting (i.e. Layer Height 0.12), you should be able to set a pause at layers 50, 56, 62, and 68 (out of 73 total layers). I used the following layers and IIIDMAX filament colors.

Layer 0 = Burnt Orange
Layer 50 = Yellow
Layer 56 = Brown
Layer 62 = White
Layer 68 = Black
