3D model description

Made to fit the A5 Kraft Notebooks found all over Amazon. 60-80 pages depending on paper thickness (4-5mm overall thickness). Must have soft covers.

Print with or without a rare earth magnet (6x2.8mm) insert into the spine. To print with a magnet, slice your model and add a pause for the last layer before the magnet pocket is closed up. Insert the magnet during the pause, and then resume printing. More on how to pause/resume your prints to add a magnet can be found in the instructables below.

To insert the paper notebook fold the printed cover backwards and slide the paper notebook cover pages into the pockets. Shimmy the paper notebook cover pages down until they are seated all the way, and then fold the printed cover back to the front.

3D printing settings

5% infill, can use a brim but try not to if you can get it to stick to the bed without it. Takes about 7 hours to print on a bambulab x1c.

Model is 220mm tall, print standing up, with the spine "v's" pointing down. (orientation in downloaded stl is correct orientation)
