Simple 25-part jigsaw puzzle.
Each puzzle piece is one of Sweden's provinces (aka landskap). Something for your kids to train geography and spatial thinking on. The landskaps have only nominal administrative importance today, but are generally speaking still something that the local population identifies with to a greater degree than certain other administrative divisions. People in Dalsland think of themselves as dalslänningar, people in Uppland consider themselves upplänningar, and so on. The landskaps have their origins in medieval times, and their boundaries have been virtually unchanged since at least the 16th century.
This product will probably mostly be relevant for the Swedish market. But if you live in some other part of the world and happen to have a desire to learn more about Sweden, this might be something you're interested in. This is a 25-part puzzle, so the difficulty level is low. It isn't so much a spatial challenge as it is a tool for children to drill names and geography.
The puzzle pieces require printing at relatively large size. The default size is the recommended minimum size. Shrinking the pieces before printing is not recommended, mainly because the connecting parts will become too delicate. If your 3d printer has a large enough printing space, I in fact recommend you increase the size of the puzzle pieces. The Lappland piece is probably the one that will give you trouble...
