3D model description

ender 5.6 corexy
It is ender 5 + corexy. It not ender 6. So i call ender 5.6 corexy.

Intro
I want to replace rubber wheel with linear rail. I found old rod. So replace Y axis with rod. And bought 30 cm linear rail for X axis.
Ender 6 was lanch. many pepole talk. It use corexy print too fast.
Convert my ender 5 to use corexy. I use many store part. So ,It hard to understand. find your way.
This is show how to implement corexy on ender 5.

Note.
dual Y linear rail plate is not test. It should work.

doing
- convert ender 5 to corexy concept
- made easy print part
- change Y asix to rod. I had 12 mm rod. save upgrade cost. Using linear rail is easy way.
- change x axis to linear rail.

I use many size of bearing. save cost and easy to do.
- center bearing use dimeter 5 mm ( F625ZZ). fit to ender 5 motor plate hole.
- back bearing use dimeter 3 mm ( F623ZZ). fit to step motor nut.
- front bearing use dimeter 4 mm ( F624ZZ). I already have 4 mm. save cost.

Addition hardware
linear rail 12 mm length 30 cm.
rod + bearing 12 mm length 32-35 cm. or linear rail 12 mm length 30 cm.
Hex pcb pole 20 mm 6 unit.
bearing dimeter 3 mm F623ZZ 8 unit.
bearing dimeter 4 mm F624ZZ 4 unit.
bearing dimeter 5 mm F625ZZ 8 unit.
motor holder use 20 mm. pcb pole, 3 mm. nut length 30 mm.
Nut and T-Nut 3, 4, 5 mm for implement and lock part to frame.

Print part
Y axis using linear rail use Y linear plate. or Y axis using rod use Y rod holder.
Other part is the same.

Electronic
orginal ender 5 board 8 bit.
swap step motor X and Y connector on board for change left and right direction.

Firmware
marlin with ender 5 config.
