3D model description

I made this mold to make the tires of the wheels for a 1/14 tamiya truck.
In this case I put a lot of cornstarch in the mixture and it hardened very quickly, that's why the errors in the tire

I used acetic silicone mixed with cornstarch, be very careful not to overdo the amount of cornstarch because it hardens very quickly (depending on the brand of silicone)
I had gray silicone, but I will buy black silicone.

In this mold the tire comes out solid since the silicone in a tube is not as hard as rubber

I used lubricant with ptfe release agent, but you can use any release agent for rubber

You can see this video where I got the example and the mixture for the tires https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDM77cIHsqg&list=LL&index=4&ab_channel=christogoyer

For 47 mm radius rim

3D printing settings

The exteriors can be printed with an fdm printer, but the interiors must be printed on a resin printer to preserve detail.

I cut the inners mold in 2 to be able to print it on my HALOT ONE printer, in a 0.01 mm layer so that the details can be seen better

if you have a larger printer you can use the files without the cut
