3D model description

DEPRECATED: I have designed a new ABL sensor mount that is more universal for Type A Machines Series 1 printers and posted the new "thingy" here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1736589
I have also designed a better B3 Innovations Pico fan shroud system for the Type A Machines Series 1 printers which can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1477168

For archival purposes: Re-designed my upper fan shroud for the B3 Innovations Pico extruder to include a mount for a capacitive sensor (LJC18A3-H-Z/BX), and am now testing the sensor's abilities in combination with Marlin firmware modifications. This sensor is capable of detecting the glass/PEI print bed currently installed in my printer. I wired this sensor through the Series 1's PCB's and ribbon cable to keep things as clean as possible. Might be updating the design to level out the sensor a bit more, but it seems to work well, even at a bit of an angle (in comparison to the bed).

Video of my current print startup gcode: https://youtu.be/7s9vupOJpnU

Thanks +Thomas Sanladerer for your video (https://youtu.be/EcGFLwj0pnA) which I referenced while installing my bed sensor!

Sensor I used here on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/uxcell-1-10mm-Capacitance-Proximity-Sensor/dp/B00542U3M4

5-15-16 Updated Upper_Shroud_6.1.stl. Made slight adjustment to the angle of the sensor mount. Although I am yet to test it, it should come out much more level than the initial release... Just printed and tested it; Still not quite level, but definitely much closer. Might come back to try to perfect this aspect of the design, but it totally serves it's purpose as-is.
