3D model description

I made this 3D design from the structural drawings of a 60-meter-long vehicular bridge, as part of a project in which I participated as a design engineer.

The printed model is intended to be presented in a scale of 1:350. And it goes very well as a didactic tool or as an ornamental figure in an office.

-The bridge structure is to be printed in resin, the part supports are already included so you don't need to attach new ones, just upload the file and print.

  • When removing the resin printed structure, you must carefully and patiently remove the supports, then wash and cure with ultraviolet light.

  • The rest of the parts can be printed in PLA filament without any problem.

  • I recommend that the joining of the parts be with cold silicone.

  • Paint the parts to your liking, in my case I used spray paint.

Anyway I will attach a small animation as a guide on how to put the pieces together.

Additional Note: You could print the bridge structure in PLA, but you would have to increase the scale to at least double, and depending on your need you would also have to divide the piece in several parts according to the size of your printer. I leave an additional STL in case you want to do the latter.

I am happy to receive any comments.

Les de seo a happy impression.
