Easy print aerator mic for Clone Trooper Helmet in 3 parts,
35.5mm diameter
3mm screw hole in base

3D printing settings

Print the main parts in black, the parts pictured have been soda-blasted to give a matt finish, buffing with fine steel wool will give a similar effect
Print the mesh with a silver filament

Print parts as presented
For the mesh to print properly in Cura set:
layer height 0.2mm
line width 0.4mm
Support and bridging off
Horizantal (including first layer and hole) Expansion to zero

Place the mesh in boiled water, place into the outer aerator, press the inner into it to form the curved shape.
