3D model description

This is a remix of mdkendall's (https://www.thingiverse.com/mdkendall/designs) successful "2.5" three-jaw chuck" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620) for mounting on a Revopoint dual-axis turntable. The chuck can be mounted on the turntable with M6x8 countersunk screws or with the screws (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5516293/files) developed by Whitehawk2000 (https://www.thingiverse.com/whitehawk2000/designs). From mdkendall (https://www.thingiverse.com/mdkendall/designs) you will need the three jaws A,B and C and the circlip (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620/files).

The housing and scroll plate can be printed in STL orientation.

Parts to print:

1x Housing (0.2-0.3 layer height, 15-20% infill, support in center, filename: Revopoint DATT Chuck Housing.stl)

1x Scroll Plate (0.2-0.3 layer height, 15-20% infill, support in center, filename: Revopoint DATT Chuck Scroll Plate.stl)

-from mdkendall: (https://www.thingiverse.com/mdkendall/designs)-

3x Jaws A, B, C (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620/files) (0.2 layer height, 20% infill, filenames: Jaw_A.stl, Jaw_B.stl, Jaw_C.stl)

1x Circlip (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620/files) (0.2 layer height, 100% infill, filename: Circlip.stl)

-from Whitehawk2000: (https://www.thingiverse.com/whitehawk2000/designs)-

4x Screws (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5516293/files) (0.15 layer height, 100% infill, filename: SCANPLATE_SCREW.stl)

or 4x threaded M6x8 countersunk screws

Remix-note:

mdkendall (https://www.thingiverse.com/mdkendall/designs) kindly shared his Fusion360 file (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2670620/files) so I could quickly and easily scale up his three jaw chuck. In the Fusion360 file uploaded here, you will still find mdkendall's unmodified original design as well as my 130mm case/turntable designs in two additional components.

------------ I would be very happy if you have as much fun with the things as I do. ------------

If you like :-) Thank you very much!
