3D model description

This is a guide rail adapter if you are using the PS 300 Jig Saw from Festool with the original Festool guide rail. The jigsaw just snaps perfectly, tight and secure into the adapter.

If you want to use it with another rail, just send me the width of the part the adapter is guided by and I will design a custom part for you, for free.

This is designed to be a little bit too tight after printing and requires a very little bit of sanding (maybe 1 minute maximum).

The adapter is designed in two parts for optimal print quality and so no supports are needed. You will need to screw the two parts together with normal wood screws (2,5x10 - sink head, I use Spax), or you could also glue the two parts together and only use the screw holes for aligment and clamping while glueing, if you dont have the right lenght of screws.

I use it with the PS 300EQ, but it should work for the PS 200, PS 300, PSB 300, PS 2 from Festool (former Festo), since they all have the same base. And for the Rail Systems FS and FS/2, so basically all the Festool Rails.

3D printing settings

Very easy to print. Printed with PLA and 0.2mm Layer Hight. No Supports needed.
