3D model description

Contents include:
1- 2 piece Battery Bay Cover
1-SMA Side Bay cover (print 2)
1-Electronics Bay Cover
1-Threaded RW Bulkhead

Needed:
- 1mm fiberglass rod or carbon rod
- goop or welders adhesive
- 2 thumb screws can be printed from ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2431495 )

Installation Process:

Sand and rough up the sides and bottom of the bulkhead for the glue to adhere nicely to the material.

Bulkhead needs to be gooped in around the front main spar with a good amount of glue to adhere around the main spar, sides, and bottom of the bulkhead.
Channel is already cut out on the bottom right of the bulkhead big enough to run any wires needed to provide power and video to fpv cam.

Bay Covers:
Side bays are hinged using a 1mm spar thru the provided hole.
cut spars down so they fit from the side of the fuselage up to the spar channel next to the battery bay

Slice foam to embed the spar into the foam using goop or welders adhesive to keep the spar in place.
DO NOT GLUE THE SPAR INTO THE HOLE IN THE BAY COVER, THIS WILL NOT ALLOW THE COVER TO HINGE PROPERLY.

Battery Bay Cover:
The battery bay cover is in 2 pieces so anyone with a decent printer can print it out. printed on my ender 3 pro 235x235 size bed. These can be printed at the same time

Where the 2 pieces meet there is a provided hole for a 1mm spar to hinge the main bay from the glued part.
1mm spar should not be glued into the holes. Leaving about 4-5 mm on each side to be cut and glued into the foam for extra support at the hinge.
These 2 pieces are a tight enough fit to try and hide (as much as I could) the seam between the 2 and still have the ability to give access to the battery bay with zero issues.

Printing: I run supports on all the back bay covers to support the ducts only. Battery bay covers (both parts) print the best upside down, along with the flat electronic bay cover.
