3D model description

Notes: I used .09 Lexan for the panels. It makes it easy to drill the holes after gluing it to the frame without cracking. I used acetone to bind the lexan to the frame.

you will need :

zz skate board bearings (As many as cassettes you need)
4 pieces of 8/32 threaded rod
8 8/32 nuts
4 6x3mm magnets per compartment you print.
superglue (or Gel) [Optional}

I designed this to use 0.09 inch acrylics for divider

Assemble the compartment using 1 frame and either acrylic or printed divider using a drop of superglue (I prefer gel) to bind the pieces together.

Assemble as many compartments you wish using the threaded rods.

Assemble the Cassettes by first install the printed spacer on the mounting peg than mount the wheel on it (the spacer is to give you a little clerence between the wheel and the cassette frame so you won't have friction as the wheel turns. the wheel fits snug on the mount peg and won't fall off. But if you feel it will just add an small O ring to keep it there.

The mounting clips are designed to be mounted on the extrusion and capture the frames together between them. Mount one end to the extrusion, place the frame assembled, and mount the other mount keeping the frame tight in between them.

The Hole plugs are to give it a finished look.
