3D printed case for a Mini RFLink Gateway using Arduino Mega 2560 Pro Mini from RobotDyn :

Requirements :

  • Arduino Mega 2560 Pro Mini 5V USB version
  • 170 pts mini breadboard
  • 10cm Dupont Jumpers
  • Superheterodyne KSA6 or RXB6 433MHz receiver + transmitter
  • If 433MHz emitter is not included, you can use a low coast FS1000A transmitter
  • 6dBi (at least) 433MHz antenna
  • Female PCB SMA connector

3D printing settings

For PLA diam. 1.75mm:
- Bed temperature : 60Β°C
- Head temperature : 200Β°C
- Printing surface : Neoceram glass (heat resistant) + hairspray
- Printing speed : 90mm/s
- Wall Thickness : 0.8mm
- Slicer : Cura 3.2.1
- 3D printer used : Anet A8
