Notes:
Print the front mud flap in PLA with supports and rafts. You can do any infill or shell count you like but we suggest using between 20% and 50% infill with at least 3 shells.
Print the TPU deck bumpers in a semi-stiff TPU like FoxSmart's 1.75mm TPU For best results, use a lower infill between 15% and 30% with three shells.
Also print the TPU plugs in a semi-stiff TPU like FoxSmart's 1.75mm TPU. These must be printed with 90%-100% infill or they will fall out.

Mud Flap Installation
Introduction
Since we haven't released our YouTube modding tutorial yet, we've created these handy few steps to show you how to install the front mud flap which can be pretty confusing just by looking at the photos. All tools necessary should be included in the mini tool kit that comes with the scooter.
Step 1: Preparation
Before you can begin installing the mud flap, it's a good idea to use one or two extremely heavy duty 200 pound cable ties to connect the front shock to the stem to the wheel (refer to photos for more info). If you don't install this cable tie, when you remove the lower front bolt to install your mud flap, the wheel will roll forward and it will cause you a lot of unnecessary time, pain, and suffering (trust us, we would know).
Install a super heavy duty cable tie to prevent the front wheel from rolling forward during installation.
Step 2: Unscrew Lower Front Bolt
Now that you have the heavy duty cable tie in place, you can unscrew the lower front bolt which goes through the bottom hole of the steering stem. When removing this, make sure to be careful not to lose both washers, the bolt, the nut, and both metal spacers. Once removed, set these aside where you won't lose them.
Remove this bolt
Don't lose these parts!
Step 3: Install Front Mud Flap
The front mud flap now simply slides into the bottom threaded part of the steering stem. Don't forget to install the black metal spacer before the mud flap as well since it most likely fell out when you removed the bolt.
Now comes the tricky part, you need to hold the mud flap into the steering stem so it doesn't fall out while you reinstall your bolt. Remember to also reinstall your washers and metal spacers! You may need to slightly rotate the mud flap, but the bolt should slide right through the mounting hole of the mudflap and through the other side. Once again, please refer to photos below for details!
The mud flap installs over threaded section of steering stem and under the black metal spacer.
Don't forget to reinstall your washer!
Make sure the long part of the mud flap faces backward ;)
Step 4: Install the Nut and Finish
Now all you have to do is install your last washer and nut and you're done! Wipe all the grease off your hands, take your scooter for a spin, and run through some puddles!
All done!
