3D model description

This is a mechanical single 18650 Squonk Mod I designed a few months ago.

I used a 3D printed frame and made some front and back panels of wood, but you can also 3D print them if you want to (I attached files for them as well). If you also want to make them out of wood, you can get the .dxf file from my website (link is below)
and cut them out of 3mm (1/8") thick wood or acrylic.

If you prefer printing them, you could print them in a different colour to achieve a contrast to the frame. For example a black frame and orange panels.

For more information about how to build this mod, you can check out my video on youtube on how I made this mod:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzcF33U_F-E

Or visit my website for free build plans, including detailed parts list and some more information:
https://modern-crafts.net/build-plan-3d-printed-squonk-mod/

Also feel free to check out all the other mods I made on instagram:

Unfortunately there were people taking my design and selling the mods and pretending it is their own design. For this reason there will be branding inside the mod, to at least make it more difficult to steal the file.
Even tho the model is free to download, that does not mean that you are allowed to sell it. It was uploaded with the creative common license for non-commercial use. If you still want to use the design for commercial use, feel free to contact me.

3D printing settings

I would recommend using a material which can resist higher temperatures (like PETG, ASA, ABS or similar) since the atomizer can get quite hot and might deform the mod if it is just made of PLA.
