Thank you CraftUnique and CraftBot for this challenge. I loved Meccano and Lego when I was a kid, Clickaloo can be exactly that replacement for my kids.
When I first started with this challenge, I realised that my printer will work overtime to manufacture existing parts. I calculated that the production does not justify the cost of printing the 402 parts for the space rocket and made the decision to have them laser cut out of plexiglass. I then ordered all the straight parts (1HSP to 5HSP) to be cut out of plexiglass and added longer parts (6HSP to 10HSP). I ordered a bunch to allow my kids to build according to their imagination. It seems that I neede to do the same for pins...
The Clickaloo NASA Saturn V Space Rocket was built with X items/objects. It has a total height of 1330mm and a diameter of 135mm, this is more or less a scale of 1:83. As with the actual Saturn V, it was divided into three stages. As for the rest of the detail, it is not an exact replica.

There are 402 parts required to build the NASA Saturn V Space Rocket. All the flat parts (HSP - Hole Straight Plates) were laser cut from Plexiglass.
For the pins, I have designed an Easy Pin that does not require as much compression and will not break when inserted. More about this on this link:
