Business card with touring bike plastic model, japanese size(a bit larger than U.S. card). Small plate for your name. Optimized for FDM printer with 0.4mm nozzle.
It's better to fix parts with instant glue in each assemble steps.

自転車プラモ名刺です。小さいプレート部分に名前を書くことができます。0.4mmノズルのFDM(熱溶解積層)3Dプリンタに特化して設計しています。基本的にパーツ間の噛み合わせで固定できますが、出力時のムラによってゆるい部分も出てきます。組み立て手順毎に瞬間接着剤で固定していくと確実です。

  プレートなしのモデルです。パーツの切り離しが若干楽です。

設定: ラフト無し、サポート無し、ABSの場合は予熱推奨(反りやすいので)

嵌合を緩くしたものをVersion 2としてアップロードしました。元のVersion 1はZIPファイルに格納しています。

組み立てやすく、またスナップフィット構造でしっかり嵌るように調整したVersion 3をアップロードしました。
Fusion 360形式のソースファイルもアップロードしてます。(123D Designがサポート終了のため放置していた)
