Vertical Axis Wind Turbine VAWT
A beautiful wind turbine (Ø245mm x 800mm). Intended for balcony and low windspeed use.
Designed for my Ultimaker 2+ (max build volume, big nozzle, high printspeed).
Of course you can print it on every, big enough printer. I recommend to use a big nozzle (0.6mm for „Flügel 8x.stl“ with Vase Mode, 0.8mm for the rest)

Improved version of Flügel_8x.stl

upload a GCODE for the Wings (Flügel_8x.stl).
Works with ultimaker 2 and 2+.

What you need
1x . . . . . . . M8x1000mm straight threaded rod
8x . . . . . . . M8 nut
2x . . . . . . . 608 bearing Ø22xØ8x7mm (e.g. inline skates bearings)
2x . . . . . . . bolt and nut (e.g.M4 x20)
1x . . . . . . . pipe or stick Ø12,15..., 30mm (print „Lager Ø..2x.stl” with the same diameter)
2x . . . . . . . paper clip to use them as a cotter
~820g . . . . Filament

There are two calibration files, the two parts should fit smoothly together.
„Testfile Unterteil 0.8mm“ for print settings of the parts „Unterteil1x“ „Zwischenteil3x“ „Oberteil1x“. The part has a internal width of around 2mm.
„Testfile Flügel spiral mode 0.6mm“ for the settings of „Flügel 8x.stl“. The part should have a width of 1.1- 1.5mm.
