3D model description

This is imagination model of a low bypass turbofan engine that greatly contributed to the beginning of the jet airliner era in the 1960s. (1st Generation)
The low bypass engine seems to refer to an engine having bypass ratio of 2 or less.
Bypass ratio of this model is less than 1.
This type of engine is ducted over the entire length of the engine, making it difficult to assemble.
A. The features are as follows.
β‘  LP Compressor (Fan and Compressor) - 5 stages
β‘‘ HP Compressor - 12 Stages
β‘’ Can-Annular Combustion Chamber -10 Liners
β‘£ HP Turbine - 2 Stages
β‘€ LP Turbine - 2 Stages
β‘₯ LP and HP Spool can be turned by finger. LP Spool is connected by Knob.
To avoid rubbing of Rotor, almost of Stator Vanes and Nozzles are omitted.
⑦ Gearbox, Fuel Nozzle Adapters, Bleed Air Elbow are attached.
Total size = 110 dia. x 400 long.

B. Assembly Manual (PDF format, total 22 pages)
The detail assembly manual including "Parts-List", "After printing treatment" and "Assembly procedure" are prepared based on "Standard Skill (Filing, Drilling, Tapping and painting)".

STL file name: "ws" of last 2 digits means "With Support" which special designed.

Micro screws M1.4x3.5L - Appox. 34 ea - Direct screw-in to 1 mm dia hole (No nut).
But if you have the M1.4 Tap, it will be very useful.

E. Total Net Print Time: Approx. 100HR
- (Estimated as case of PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle, 0.2mm Layer Height, 40% infill and No raft and support)
Note: When at actual print, each parameter may be adjusted by your experience.

F. 3D printing settings
Raft, Support, Layer Height, Infill: Depending on your experience.
But the parts having blade/vane, small shaft and thin portion: 100% infill is recommended.
My models were printed by "idbox" using with 0.4 nozzle, 1.75 PLA.
