3D model description

Want to quit smoking this year.

Here is an alternative, with this electronic cigarette.

The Wave Box BF is a bottom feeder electronic box. It works with an 18650 battery, includes a 7 ml squonk bottle.

The originality of the Wave Box BF mod lies in its ergonomics: the frame of the box is simple and small in size, with curved curves that allow a good grip.

For the realization of this box it will still be necessary to get some elements, because after the printing you still have some work to do. It will be necessary to cut copper lamellae 0.5mm thick for 15mm wide and about 105mm long for the button side lamella, and a 0.5mm thick lamella for 15mm wide and 37mm long for the dripper side. You will have to bend them precisely, drill them, and adjust them perfectly with small files or a dremel. In terms of contacts with the battery, it is necessary to make a small boss between 0.5mm and 1mm to adjust correctly so that the battery holds but does not deform the box too much.

For the 510 connector (the part where the dripper is screwed), I opted for a fat daddy v4 bf.

For the small magnets that keep the door closed: they are 3mm in diameter and 1mm thick and are easily available on the net for a low price.

A very small plastic screw, diameter 2mm, to hold the lamella on the button side (a small hole is provided for this purpose on the model).

A good two-component epoxy glue for magnets.

There you go. There you go.

Have fun and have a good time....

IMPORTANT: the use of 18650 batteries is dangerous and requires compliance with safety measures!!!!!

3D printing settings

The model shown in the photo was printed with a layer thickness of 0.15mm for 50 m/s.

For the design to stand out well, it must be printed upright (holes to dripper it upwards). The same goes for the door, on which I added a small foot only to stabilize it during printing and which will have to be removed afterwards.

Don't forget to activate the supports.

Good impression to you.
