3D model description

This is my entry to the #POLYMAKERCHALLENGE

I introduce you my 3D print creation, namely an octopus squeezer. Through the observation of the natural atmosphere that surrounds me, especially the one that characterizes the area around Bari, Puglia, I decided to print a useful squeezer in the typical form of an octopus. As a matter of fact, one of the most famous local dish in Puglia is the octopus dressed with lemon juice. Therefore, using my creation you will be able to recreate this delicious dish, directly squeezing your lemon on the octopus.
It goes without saying that there are many other products that you can squeeze using the Octopus Squeezer, such as orange and lime.

3D printing settings

The file can be printed with every nozzles.
It prints really easily with some supports; moreover, it is printed upside down so as to make it easier to clean these supports. I’ve printed it with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 3 walls and 4 top and bottom layers with a 35% of infill in order to make it stronger. I suggest you to print it with a RAFT that will make your model more adherent to the built plate.
