🙌 Thank you for your patience. Design and 3D Printing endorsed by the Bolivian Medical Association. We thank all the Volunteers for their time and efforts to help overcome the hard battle against the Coronavirus.

🔴 3D PROJECT PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

"3D PROTECTIVE MASKS"

1⃣.- The following STL file for its 3D printing is for the use of donations, we do not seek to generate a profit of money with this type of activity, the person who uses the file to generate money for himself or for third parties will be punished as the law demands for copyright, and attempt against health.

2⃣.- Next we send the 3D printing settings:

☑Área minimum print in X = 20cm, Y = 20 cm.

☑ Total weight of the mask is about 80 grams of filament.

☑Tiempo total 3D printing about 3 hours per mask. - Layer height 300 microns or 0.300 mm.

☑ 20% filling density.

☑Perimetro 2.

☑Velocidad print speed 60 mm/sec or 3600 mm/min.

☑Temperaturas Hotend, head or extruder 205 degrees, Hot bed or base 50 degrees. PLA filament.

❗*If you have PETG filament served you must print at 235 degrees and the bed at 60 or as recommended by each filament manufacturer.

👀 Quantity of parts to be printed for a single Safety Mask (3D-Mask) should be printed according to order and quantity: - Visor 1

✔ Tab: 1

✔Serpentín: 1

✔Tarugo U: 6

❗ Since printers can vary a bit in their X and Y axes, the file called U-plug should be printed last. Print a single U-bolt and test the fit in the holes of the part and see if it needs to be reduced horizontally. Once you have a satisfactory result print the remaining 5 U-plugs.
