3D model description

This is a 3D printed ultralight version of a Jitterbug fishing lure. While challenging this can be cast on a ultralight spinning reel setup but I made this to be used with a fly rod.

The lures are printed in two halves and then glued together.

NOTICE - Keep in mind the printed lips on these can be fragile compared to the metal lip versions you may be use to. Once sealed with epoxy they held up well... just don't expect to fire them off rocks or anything.

Hardware Required to Assemble Lures

Alignment Pins (made from 1.75mm filament)
#0 Stainless Steel Sinker Eyes available from https://www.lurepartsonline.com/Brass-Sinker-Eyes
I used #12 Treble Hooks w/#1 Split Rings

Tools Required to Assemble

Razor Blade/Knife
Drill and Bits (1.8mm or a 5/32")
Lighter
CA Glue (superglue)
CA Accelerator
Sand Paper
Paint
Epoxy (to seal everything up)

More info on this lures can be found on my website. https://www.theneverendingprojectslist.com/fishingprojects/ultralightjitterbug/

NOTICE - My files and designs are all Copyrighted Β© and are exclusively for private and personal use. I do however grant permission for persons who purchase any soft bait molds to sell the rubber soft baits you make with one of my printed soft bait molds.... but again you CAN NOT sell the actual models of the baits.
