I have always been an otter box guy with my phones. However I did not like the otterbox for the note 8 and went with the I-Blason Magma Series phone case. One thing I really liked about this case is the phone clip it came with. It had a breakaway mechanism unlike the otter box. Where if you catch it on something the phone holder comes off of the belt clip and you can just snap it back together.

I did this one to many times and eventually a small crack appeared in the little piece that holds the phone case to the belt clip. It still worked but it became pretty easy to snap off. So I made a new one with a little bit better retention.

Note that it is tight to put it in, tighter than the original. I printed this in ABS. Actually my first successful ABS print with the CR10. Very happy with the outcome.

Make sure to check the notes on printing... it must be printed on end.
