3D model description

More Catan Add-ons, this one being the Fisherman of Catan:
https://www.catan.com/game/fishermen-catan

I wanted tiles that fit my existing board, so I remixed the water tiles from my snap-together magnetic 3D set, taken from Dakanzla, to include a fish icon modified from dtm2477 and number tiles from rbschultz.

There are six tiles; one is needed for each number 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10.

For the tokens I remixed Gears2Robots' (excellent) design. I wanted the numbers inset, rather than raised, so they rest on the table easier and are harder to decipher by touch if you draw them from a cup. I also made a dead-fish version of this as a stand-in for the old boot. Having an identical shape means it can more easily be hidden with the rest of the fish for drawing at random.

Because numbers 1-3 are supposed to be drawn randomly and remain secret until spent, I made them 1-sided, allowing them to be spread out number-side down and drawn blindly, as well as stored number-side down in a player's hand. There is a one-sided version of the dead fish that will blend in with the numbers if played this way.

However, I also made a two-sided version of the dead fish since it is supposed to be announced immediately once it is drawn. This version is more obvious to all players and cannot easily be kept secret (in case you play with a bunch of cheaters). If you use this version, throw all the fish into a cup or a bowl and lift it above your head to draw blindly so no one sees which one is the dead fish. This also saves table space needed for snacks.

Another alternative is to put some 3mm magnets (https://www.amazon.com/Personalized-Multi-Use-Whiteboard-Magnetic-Refrigerators/dp/B075PM7HZ6/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=3mm+neodymium+magnet&qid=1591467428&sr=8-7) into the eye hole. You may need to ream the hole with a drill bit. You can then put a magnet on a string with a fishing rod (here's one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1456777) or a even just a twig, and BOOM! interactive game element.

You need 11 of #1, 10 of #2, 8 of #3, and 1 dead fish (aka old boot) of whichever version matches your gameplay style. The files come as singles or in schools.
