This case for Arduino UNO R3 board has easy snap locking system, air vents for the atmega328 chip, RESET button and accessible pinout, power jack, USB connection and ICSP header.

The case is made up of two components: the bottom part (Bottom_Body_Case.stl file) where the board is screwed, and the upper part (Top_Body_Case.stl file) that snaps to the lower.
The reset button is included in the top part and is printed together in one piece.

Note: You will need 4 M2 x 4mm Phillips pan head screws to secure the Arduino UNO board to the bottom part of the case.

3D printing settings

Printer used: Original PRUSA i3 MK3S

Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeters: 2
Solid layers: Top:5; Bottom:4
Infill: 20% Grid

INSTRUCTIONS:

The bottom part does not need supports. The holes for the M2 x 4mm screws are not threaded, so once printed you have to form the thread by screwing before inserting the board to avoid damaging it.

The upper part needs supports on build plate to be printed.
If you are using PrusaSlicer: for a better result, download the Support_Enforcers.stl file and once imported Top_Body_Case.stl file, right click on it and load the support enforcer. Enable for support enforcers only in Supports and you are ready to slice.
Otherwise, use the automatically generated supports.
Once the top piece is printed, the RESET button may be stuck in the slot, so unlock it by pressing from below before snapping it on the bottom piece.
