3D model description

Dassault Mirage III

This beautiful aircraft is a icon of my youth and it remind me when i was used to watch at the tv the adventures of two french pilots flying on shining Mirage III (Les chevaliers du ciel).
The Mirage III / 5/50 family has 1422 aircrafts built in various versions and has been widely exported; the 3 models chosen for this package are the most representative in terms of shape and built aircraft.
The Mirage III C has as main user Israel that used it in the Six-days War and Yom Kippur War as Mirage III CJ.
The Mirage III E , in the export variant EA, fought with the Argentinians during the Falkland War; main visible differences with the C variant are the exaust shape and the cockpit position moved forward.
Various sub-variant of the C and E fought with South African Air Force during Border War.
The Mirage III O produced in Australia in 100 airframes , after the service with the Royal Australian Air Force, they were acquired by Pakistan and used in battle agains Indian Army; they are still in service after various upgrades.
The O variant is pratically a E model with Avon engine and the simplified tail geometry visible also on some french Mirage III E .

Models 1:100 scale printed at 1:285 with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.12 mm layers.

Printed with a Ender3 as shown in the image taken from PrusaSlicer 2.0.
