3D model description

This 1515 filler for 3.5mm openings is meant to keep dust and print debris out of your extrusions all while looking good. These are meant for any 1515 printer but I have an Alien3D Railcore II 300ZL for testing. They mount flush (actually slightly below the extrusion plane). They can slide behind/and under things mounted to the rail. Finally they leave enough space to fit over any extra M3 nuts you may have in your extrusion.

Insert them at an angle and preferably use a flat tool to snap them in place (I used the flat back of my Wiha driver). You can cut them to any length after printing without damaging them, so you only need to print one size. They are hard to get started as the exterior ridge is thin and can be forced through the extrusion. Just practice and snip off any damaged ends.
