3D model description

Tumbler machine made for my Friend Knife Maker Albin D.
It just a rotary machine and a tumbler inside wich you put parts and abrasive element and some liquid.
It's design according requested dimensions to fit knife inside put you can load with whatever you want.
Motor is a geared motor you can find on internet and you will have two versions of the main part. You need also 4 ball bearings, M8 rod and M8 nuts and 4 Famous bricks toys brand tyres Lenght of the rod is according your need and your tumbler.
one insert for the main gear as to be bought also.

This tumbler was made of PETG and the other parts made of PLA. ALL parts in PLA should work also.

2 differents end parts are suggested one with open area for 1.5 plexi which need to be glued. and one without this open area.

Main tumbler part is in 5 sections. 2 main parts, one central part and 2 junctions.
Then you can adjust the total lenght according your need.You can even remonve the central section to get the shortest version.

M8 rods should then beeing adjusted to fit. Famous bricks toys brand tyres must roll on the two circular tracks for them.

Famous bricks toys brand tyres : 30 x 10.5 Offset Tread 2346 have to bi fitted on the rims designed for.

Gearing should need some grease to run smoothly was not on the pictures to get clean parts.

Mine is a RB350100 means 52RPM but you can adjust speed with reduction ratio.
Higher ratio (more than 100) reduce the speed,
Lower ratio (less than 100) increase speed. You can find RB350030 or RB350050
availables on Ebay or Amazon and many other places.
